Phillies play the Mets in London Saturday at 1pm and Sunday at 10am. Come have breakfast or brunch or lunch or whatever with the phillies. We will have 3 Mudhen beers on tap today - Wildwood Haze, Holly Beach Wheat, and Shore Trip. You will receive one raffle ticket (you can earn more than one) for each Mudhen beer you order. Oh boy. We have a fun one today!! It’s NEPA night!! We will feature product from that area. On tap is beer from Groove Brewing, Wallenpaupack Brewery and cider from Electric City Ciderworks. Another special treat - Old Forge pizza. Old forge proclaims itself the pizza capital of the world. Starting at 6pm - we will have a limited amount of pizza from Revello’s - the pizza king of Old Forge. Old Forge pizza is different, hard to exactly describe, and not often found in Philly. Come find out what it is all about!!

Friends. Philly beer week starts tomorrow and interstate will be a stop on the hammer of glory travels (aka the hog) for the kickoff. The hog is due to be delivered to interstate at 1:53 PM and then depart at 2:06. Please note the HOG often runs a little behind schedule. The HOG is being delivered to interstate from the International Bar by the “sensational sexy Gritty and Phanatic” and then we will deliver it to Johnny Brenda’s after it hangs out at Interstate. The HOG will be delivered by our buddy Joe - aka this fishtown iced tea. Stop by tomorrow if you’d like to snap some pictures with the HOG. We will open at noon and will run a draft special. From noon to 4pm - all 16oz drafts of Tonewood’s Freshies, Sterling Pig Technicolor Haze as well as Sly Fox Pikeland Pils and Goat Race Maibock will be only $5!!!!!!

The Charles Glenn Memorial has the distinction of being one of the first (possibly the very first) memorials to those who died during service in the Vietnam war. The monument honors the fallen who grew up in the neighborhood.

There are some beers styles you don’t get to see on draft too often. One is a Maibock. We are fortunate to have secured a keg of Sly Fox Goat race Maibock. Named Walter after this year’s Goat race winner. On tap today!

Also - another beer week preview. Sly Fox will be on hand Tuesday June 4 with some great beers on tap plus goats in our outside area. Bring the kids!!! Goats are cool!!!

Back in March we had a sour gose from Cartel Brewing called Geometric Fruit: Strawberry, Lemon, and Basil. It sold out fast!! But our friends at Cartel held another keg aside for us and it is back on tap today!!!

Also - little preview for Philly beer week - we will be doing a Lancaster county beer night - featuring beer from Cartel, Compass Mill, and Rural City - three great breweries from the Lancaster area whose beers aren’t regularly seen in Philadelphia. More details to come on the event! Cheers!!
